Why can’t I see the catalog without an account?
Research-use compounds are sold members-only to verified adults. It’s the standard for a legitimate supplier, and it keeps the sketch out. The account is free and takes about ten seconds.
Is this for human use?
No. Everything we carry is sold strictly for research use only: not for human consumption, not a supplement, not a drug. Members agree to that when they sign up.
How do I know your products are legit?
Every batch is tested by an independent third-party lab (Chromate), and members can pull the certificate of analysis for any lot and verify the batch on the lab’s own site. Everything is sourced in Europe, tested there, and re-tested in the US before it ships.
Where are you, and how fast do you ship?
California. Orders placed before 2pm PT ship the same day, and most arrive within three days. Support answers Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 PT; orders keep moving on weekends.
How does volume pricing work?
Put three or more vials in your cart and the price drops on every eligible one: 10% off at 3, 15% at 5, 20% at 10. Every compound and every size counts toward the same tier, so mixing is encouraged. It applies in your cart automatically — no code needed — and the cart tells you how far you are from the next tier. Have a promo code too?
