Domestic & International Shipping

We do not offer worldwide shipping on orders at this time.

Shipping Carriers

All orders ship via FedEx, USPS, or UPS.

While our headquarters are located in Nevada, all orders are fulfilled and shipped from our California fulfillment center, helping ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours on business days
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships

Accurate Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate address information.

If an order is delayed due to incorrect or incomplete details or if we’re unable to verify the address, shipping fees are non-refundable. We’ll do our best to contact you to resolve the issue, but orders will ship only after all required information is confirmed.

Shipping Protection & Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the package is handed off to the carrier. In these cases, GRN Peptides is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage.

If an issue occurs, we’re happy to assist with filing a carrier claim. Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery Confirmation

A carrier status marked “Delivered” is considered official proof of delivery.

Please retrieve your package promptly. We’re not responsible for theft or loss after delivery is confirmed. For added security, you may request signature confirmation or have your package held at a FedEx or UPS location.

Undelivered Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Check with neighbors or building staff
Contact your local FedEx, USPS, or UPS office to request GPS delivery details
Allow up to one week for the package to be located

If it hasn’t turned up after one week, please email us for further assistance.
