I think my package got returned. What do I do?
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will notify you as soon as we receive it.
- You will be invoiced for the shipping cost to reattempt delivery.
- Orders cannot be canceled or refunded in this situation.
- We are not responsible for packages that are undelivered due to:
- incorrect or incomplete addresses
- unclaimed shipments held at the post office/carrier
How do I change the delivery address for an order I just placed?
