Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested by email before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please email support@grnpeptides.com.

How to Start a Return

Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll notify you via email with the result.
- If Approved: A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1–2 business days.

Missing, Incorrect, & Damaged
We carefully document every order before shipment. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help right away.
- Missing items: Once verified, if your order is missing items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate and address the concern.
- Incorrect items: We’ll send the correct product and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect one
- Damaged items: Please include clear photos so we can issue a replacement.
