All issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested by email before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please email support@grnpeptides.com.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or altered products
  • Temperature-sensitive products (due to storage and sterility requirements)
  • Sale or clearance items

These products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

How to Start a Return

  • Contact Us: Email support@grnpeptides.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide Information: Include your order number, the reason for return, and photos of the product and packaging.
  • Approval Review: Our team will review your request and confirm whether a refund or exchange is eligible.
  • Return Instructions: If approved, we’ll send you instructions to return the item.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll notify you via email with the result.

  • If Approved: A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1–2 business days.
  • If Not Yet Received: Check your bank account or credit card company (processing times vary). Contact your financial institution (delays can occur).

Missing, Incorrect, & Damaged

We carefully document every order before shipment. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help right away.

  • Missing items: Once verified, if your order is missing items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate and address the concern.
  • Incorrect items: We’ll send the correct product and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect one
  • Damaged items: Please include clear photos so we can issue a replacement.
